"That was the most fun time, last night"

IT'S TIME TO PARTY!

GAMES FOR POOL PARTIES, BIRTHDAYS, COMPANY OUTINGS AND MORE

Party games can be used as fill-ins, party starters or the central idea for your event. Most start out with just a handful of guests willing to participate but after just a couple of fun things, everyone warms up to the idea of letting their "hair down" and having some "cheezy" fun.

A few things that help determine the type games best suited will be the amount of space available, the event type, and who is responsible for cleaning up, keeping in mind some things can get a little messy like silly string, sticky food, tissue paper and liquids.

DANCE CONTEST

Welcome to Jack Rabbit Slims' Twist Contest
Chuck Berry's "You Never Can Tell"
gets everybody shakin' it baby.
Winners chosen by applause and awarded gift certificate or prize

TRIVIA

Whether it's classic tv theme songs, classic rock or 50's & 60's, it's always fun to hear someone that hasn't participated much all night pop up with the answers.

MARSHY MALLOW

As we ask for the loudmouths, (which always get pointed out)
a bowl of marshmallows are prepared and each start out with 3 or so in their mouth. Without chewing, each have to speak "marshy mallow" as clear as possible over microphone. Another marshmallow is added each time until by applause, we have a winner for the one who by far, speaks the clearest and obviously has the biggest mouth.

ELIMINATION DANCE

Get as many couples as possible on the dance floor and begin eliminating by asking questions. Last couple is awarded gift certificate.
This also works well as an anniversary dance at receptions.

DO THE MUMMY

Lets get three teams of four. Three mates are each given a roll of tissue paper and will roll one mate like a mummy. Best looking mummy wins!

GIMME A HUG

Everyone is on the dance floor when the dj yells out a number (3,4,5)
Dancers must congregate in huddles of that number.
Anyone left out or any huddles too small or too big are eliminated.

DRINKING CONTEST

Three teams of two are chosen to participate. Fill baby bottles with an appropriate drink, one mate bottle feeds the other until the first to drain the bottle wins (no taking the cap off and chugging)

HAVE A SEAT (on me)

I love this one, like musical chairs except you get even numbers of male and female. With males circling one direction and females circling the other, when the music stops, the males must sit then a female sits on their lap. Couple without a chair is eliminated.
Once a winning couple is determined, their actual date or spouse has to cater to them the rest of the night

HOW MANY?

In a plastic or decorative jar, place hard candy, jelly beans, individually wrapped lifesavers or items obviously too hard to count, and pass them around and everyone will guess the amount. Whoever guesses the closest high or low will win the jar of stuff.

BANANA PASS

Everyone forms a loose circle on the dance floor and one banana is passed to each player in the circle between their legs.
When the music stops, whoever has the banana is eliminated until the last one standing.
Winner gets banana!

PASS IT ON

Form two lines and each person has a toothpick in their mouth not to be touched or removed. The person at the head of the line will be given a lifesaver placed on the toothpick and passed from person to person.
This always cracks me up...

REDNECK RELAY

Two teams are chosen with as many players as possible.
One mate is placed as far away as 50 ft. with a roll of tissue paper placed between their legs from each team.
At the start line, the first racer of each team is given a plunger to place between their legs. When music begins, the racers, (without removing the plunger) run to their far away mate and strategically place the plunger inside the roll.
The racer then places roll between his legs, gives the plunger to the mate and he runs back and relays to the next racer and precedes to the rear of the line.
Once everyone has cycled through, race is over!  FUN  FUN  FUN!!!

LIPS OF AN ANGEL

Take two boxes of kleenex and secure to a surface about 40 or 50 feet away.
Form two teams and as music begins, first mate runs to the kleenex box and with their lips remove 3 kleenex (one at a time) then runs back to tag next mate.

CHILLY WILLY

Take a few frozen tee shirts (not too frozen) and each team has to do what it takes to get the tee on one mate. If you have a pool close by, you may wanna tie tees in knots in case someone thinks to thaw in water.
The knots make it more challenging.

LUCKY LUCKY

Everybody gets close to dj and place their hands on their heads or tails.
Dj will flip a coin and whoever has hands placed opposite of coin call sits down.
Winner is awarded a lucky gift (horse shoe, charm)

Many many more games fit party themes and add to your evening.

All certificates, prizes, props, etc. are furnished by purchaser of contract.
